Terms of Service

These terms govern use of UCP Optimizer ("the app"), provided by Barikreativa srl. By installing the app you agree to these terms.

1. The service

The app analyzes a merchant's Shopify catalog, computes an Agentic Readiness Score, monitors product visibility inside AI shopping agents, and — only on the merchant's explicit action — writes optimized attributes and copy back to the catalog. All catalog writes are reversible.

2. Merchant responsibilities

• You must own or have the right to modify the products you optimize.
• You are responsible for reviewing suggested changes before applying them.
• You must not use the app to publish false, misleading, or non-compliant product claims.

3. AI-generated suggestions

Enrichment suggestions are generated by a language model and grounded on your existing product data. Suggestions below a confidence threshold are flagged for merchant input rather than written automatically. We do not generate regulated claims (medical, safety, nutritional) automatically. You remain responsible for the accuracy of any change you apply.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed per store through Shopify's billing. You can change or cancel your plan at any time without reinstalling the app. Charges appear in your Shopify admin.

5. Availability

The app is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party APIs (Shopify, Catalog MCP, OpenAI) may affect functionality.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Barikreativa srl is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including changes applied to your catalog that you approved.

7. Termination

You may uninstall the app at any time. On uninstall, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
